We’re looking for a Youth Voice Coordinator to help ensure young people experiencing homelessness in Brighton & Hove are heard, included, and empowered to influence positive change — both within our centre and beyond. This role is 21 hours per week / £27,744-£30,444 (pro rata) / Part-time, with specific days and times flexible to your needs. This role is about:
- Facilitating youth-led meetings & projects
- Supporting young people to share their experiences safely
- Embedding young voices into our service design & partnerships
- Working in a trauma-informed, psychologically aware way
