What it’s like here
The Clock Tower Sanctuary is a safe space where you can relax and do day-to-day things that can be difficult when you don’t have a place to call home – like cooking, showering and laundry.
We can also support you with practicalities like getting sorted with a doctor, benefits and finding a job. The day centre is somewhere you can relax and be yourself. It’s warm, friendly and we have a great team of supportive staff and volunteers who can help you get the help you need.
Young people can access the centre from 10.30am on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. We are not open on Wednesdays or Sundays.
We offer one-to-one casework with a Support Coordinator who will work with you to identify what you need and how to get there. We also offer help with immediate practical needs like hot lunches & food parcels, warm clothing, and access to laundry & bathroom facilities.
Food at The Clock Tower Sanctuary
A hot lunch is available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays & Saturdays between 12:30-1:30pm.
We also offer weekly food parcels catered to your situation and dietary requirements, so you can have a meal when our day centre is closed.
Please contact our Support Coordinators for more information about how to access other services at the centre.

"The Clock Tower Sanctuary is a like a family, there's nowhere else like it. I’ve done fantastic activities and have really picked myself up emotionally. The food is also life-saving. There were days when I didn’t have much of it while running out of money, but I knew I could come here to eat, take care of myself and others and feel better."
