We are seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to join our front-line team, providing one-to-one support for the young people experiencing homelessness accessing our day centre, guiding them from crisis situations to stability by providing tailored support and access to necessary services. This role works collaboratively with the Services Manager, other Support Coordinators, the Centre and Crisis Manager, and Duty Coordinators to assist young people experiencing homelessness.
