We are seeking an experienced Support Coordinator to join our front-line team, providing one-to-one support for the young people experiencing homelessness accessing our day centre, guiding them from crisis situations to stability by providing tailored support and access to necessary services. Trusts & Foundations Fundraising Officer

We’re looking for a motivated and talented Trusts & Foundations Fundraising Officer to join our Fundraising & Communications team. This role is ideal for someone with strong bid-writing and relationship management skills who is passionate about making a difference for young people. You will research funding opportunities, develop compelling applications, manage a pipeline of prospective funders and steward existing grant-making relationships to help secure vital income for our services.
Working closely with colleagues across the organisation, you’ll bring our impact to life through persuasive funding proposals, high-quality reporting and effective funder communications. You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive team, helping to ensure that young people experiencing homelessness continue to receive the support they need to shape their own futures.
