Have you ever fancied doing a challenge for charity, but running a marathon feels like a step too far? Hike for the Clock Tower Sanctuary is the perfect fundraiser for you!
Our annual half-marathon hike from Lewes to Brighton will return Saturday 10th July, offering another breathtaking hike along the scenic South Downs.
Hike for the Clock Tower Sanctuary raises awareness and funds to help provide support, services, and a safe space for 16- to 25-year-olds experiencing homelessness, and last year’s hike raised more than £8,000 to keep our day centre’s doors open. Here’s what one of our fundraisers said about last year’s hike:
“Thank you so much for organising it! It was an amazing experience, and I am glad I could take part!” – Andi, BrightLocal

This is event has a sign-up fee of £10 and a fundraising pledge of £200 to support our day centre in providing free hot meals, food parcels, showers, laundry facilities, clothing, groups and activities, one-to-one casework, and more.
Every fundraiser will receive a free Hike for the Clock Tower Sanctuary 2027 t-shirt!
