This is a unique opportunity to help ensure CTS remains a safe, inclusive and supportive organisation for young people experiencing homelessness, while providing strategic oversight of safeguarding, organisational culture, equality, diversity and inclusion, and people-related governance.
We’re particularly interested in hearing from people with experience of HR, safeguarding, EDI, leadership or governance, as well as those with lived experience that matches that of our clients, but you don’t need to be an expert in everything. If you’re passionate about creating positive change and can bring strategic thinking, curiosity and good judgement, we’d love to hear from you.
