Give our report a read and discover how CTS supported 148 young people experiencing homelessness, delivering over 1,100 support conversations and creating a safe, trusted space for nearly 3,000 visits. 85% of our clients reported improved mental wellbeing, and we saw a 187% increase in young people moving into suitable housing. It’s entirely thanks to the generous and continued support of our community that our doors remain open for the young people facing homelessness who find support, safety, and acceptance here at CTS.
