Join Team CTS at the UK’s Happiest Half on Sunday 28th February, 2027! One of the first major half marathons in the running calendar, this event is now one of the most popular races in the UK.

Here’s what Jon, one of 2025’s Brighton Half Marathon participants, said about why taking part and raising funds for CTS was meaningful to him:
“I volunteered at the CTS for a short while about 20 years ago. It is a crucial cause and I am very pleased to help to contribute in a small way! I am also applying for the funding raising to be matched by my employer.”
This event has a £35 registration fee and a fundraising target of £200.
