Duty Coordinator: Full Time, £24,604 – £26,820
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Duty Coordinator to join our front-line team and be part of a small team of staff and volunteers responsible for the day to day running of our drop in. Your working days would be Tuesday to Saturday.
This role’s primary function is to ensure the smooth running of our drop in, to ensure consistency of service delivery, centre safety and support the Support Coordinators and Centre Manager in their roles.

Centre and Crisis Manager: Full Time, £33,100 – £36,479
We’re looking for a Centre and Crisis Manager to lead and support frontline staff and volunteers, oversee the day-to-day running of the centre, manage safeguarding and crisis responses, and contribute to the ongoing development of services. This role is central to the operational leadership of our day centre, ensuring the delivery of safe, effective and person-centred services for young people experiencing homelessness and housing insecurity.

Volunteer and Activities Coordinator: Full Time, £28,576 – £31,357
We are seeking a Volunteer and Activities Coordinator to lead, develop and support our volunteer programme. You will be responsible for recruiting, training and supporting a diverse team of volunteers, helping them develop their skills and maximise their contribution. You will also oversee our client activities programme, promote volunteer engagement and recognition, and work closely with colleagues to ensure volunteers are equipped to support young people effectively and safely.
